The foundation of every well designed space, product, or process is research.

At Gensler, i regularly participate in research projects for clients both as part of larger projects and as their independent efforts. These efforts can vary from general ethnographic research, to specialized market research or specific user research.

I have designed and executed various research efforts for multiple clients. As part of these efforts, I have developed a variety of surveys, focus group activities and exercises, as well as synthesize the gathered data into actionable insights and strategies.
