I have designed and facilitated a variety of in-person and virtual sessions including workshops, safe space discussions, and visioning sessions for internal and client-facing effots.
The key to successful facilitation is creating a safe space for all participants that enables them to be engaged and share their opinion candidly.
Topics of these session have varied from idea generation for a specific project, to giving hands-on overview of design process, and discussions centered around race and diversity.
